Lets just say that Zoe was a little bit tenuous when it came to touching the snow. Maybe it was becuase her mom dressed her as telly tubby. But she sure did have a good time sledding.

Presidents Day Weekend

For Presidents Day weekend we made a trip up to Tahoe with my folks and uncle Jeff. It was Zoe's first trip to the snow and a great weekend all around the encompased my birthday and valentines day. Lauren and I got a chance to go skiing at Heavenly for our first ski trip together. Can you believe that we had never gone skiing together in 10 years. Lauren was unbelievable on the slopes and was a great private instructor.

Zoe's Vocabulary at 18 Months

At 18 months, our little Zoe is quite the chatterbox. It has been incredible to be able to communicate back and forth with her, and now she's combining two or three words in to sentences. I (Lauren) think it's really interesting to see what words she happens to pick up on and say... I never would have guessed that some of these would be in her first one hundred words.
